What are some of the best things about your team?

Highly competent, extremely agreeable friendly and inclusive. Always ready to help each other.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like it that the LT cares about the workspace culture and employees' well being and actively works on improvement

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

International, friendly and inclusive. As an expat I do feel comfortable working at the office and interacting with my colleagues

What makes you most happy at work?

I like the contents and the challenges in my job, most people that I need to interact with. I love my direct colleagues, my manager and my team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Despite that fact that I very much love my job and my team, I did leave my previous company and joined Elsevier with a slightly lower salary. I am not convinced that the salary should be determined by e.g. a PhD diploma as it does not necessarily reflect on one's competence.
