It is employee friendly and it encourages everyone to be active and enough time off to maintain the work life balance
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The time they take to read and process the given feedback. The considerations they give to all employees and the way employees are treated fairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The rewards do not seem to be increasing steadily with respect to the market inflation and there seems to be very less growth in terms of money. There could be more tax saving benefits which could actually help the employees take home better pay. Also, very less pay difference b/w ratings 2 and 3.
