My team is a great group of humans. I feel like there is community, despite the virtual environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get treated like an adult. My boss trusts me and I don't feel like I need to continuously check-in. My work gets to speak for itself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued from a person to person stance, I do not feel valued based on my compensation. Health insurance being 100% covered would be a game-changer for me.
