I've found my forever home! A lot of engineers bounce around, to get higher pay, but I'm so happy here that it would be extremely difficult to find anything to draw me away. This is my dream job and I found it by accident. I couldn't be happier.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've loved working here and I hope this will be my forever home. I don't think there's any other job that could lure me away from my wonderful team. I'd like the PTO policy to be improved, but otherwise I am incredibly happy here.

There's no way we can all be 100% work all the time, we have to have other parts of our lives (which make us better at our jobs as an added bonus), and everyone I work with embodies that.
