My overall experience has been good if not great. As I work in the hybrid mode where I have to go to the office once a week, it does get difficult to stay in a completely new city for just going to office once a week.

I feel undervalued regarding the pay that I receive compared to the work load.

I wouldn't exactly say undervalued by the compensation for the position could increase as per the market scenario.
