The work was flexible and I could take my own decisions and work on my own pace. Whenever I had an issue related to my work, I had no one to go for help. Even when I went to my supervisor, I was never offered much help. I felt like a outsider hired for a brief time. That was not nice

They are nice and some of them tend to come to office, which I appreciate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very flexible and you feel with control of your tasks. However, not in control of other's tasks and timelines so extra communication amongst everyone is beneficial

I am an intern without any type of mentoring or supervision. While it's fine, there should be more control on making the new people like the team and feel cared of
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I make my own structure and never know if some unexpected change will crumble all the work I did and it's hard to manage timelines when no one has fixed timelines in the work and tasks they do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am an intern so the compensation is too low to live obviously. Also, I feel I had a lot of responsibilities with a lot of teams and departments as just an intern and I was never acknowledged that this fact was challenging and complicated. It was just as if I did average.
