Achieving the clear goal of editing 2,000 documents by the end of the year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis on facts and truth. Science matters, and that is paramount in everything Elsevier does.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a contractor, so I don't receive any benefits and the compensation is on the low end for my job. BUT I love working here!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super nice and they clearly care about the content and the job we do. We are all like-minded individuals, super passionate about plain language and clear communication, which shows in our every interaction. I love my team!!
