I think it's that they encourage everyone to share their thoughts, ideas and also their encourage women employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say that there is no much deduction apart from PF and Income Tax from the annual salary. Also, it's good that we have medical claim insurance that does not have to do anything with the package.
