Even though we may not all be in the same place, the leadership teams works hard to keep the company culture and employee engagement high.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though most of us have never met each other in-person face-to-face, we all click and have no problem communicating with each other, and bouncing ideas back and forth. My team is super supportive of every single team member, but also recognizes and celebrates each team member on a daily basis.
