Experience here has always been great till date, and I look forward to more years of consistent growth and learning within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is collaborative in all aspects and the peers are really helpful to each other. However, I believe the team must be more transparent with their ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work as a team with equal responsibilities and equal workload, however, I feel the scale is not matchable to the amount or level of work done by me as an individual
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The perks and benefits are excellent, and I believe it should be maintained the same, I am thankful for this. However, I feel the yearly hike percentage system can be reviewed and improved.
