This role is a new one for me and learning that balance of knowing how much work has to be done and being ok with having that on my plate has been difficult. Its achievable but it has been an uncomfortable transition for me

An extra week of vacation for previous experience worked prior to joining the company.

everyone just wants to be successful - we are all on the same page and same ultimate goal

The relationship with my co-workers AND the goal to continue to foster the relationships with my customers.

we all come from many different experiences, and we not only respect each other's knowledge but also our differences.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living has increased and I feel that keeping inline or attempting to would be greatly appreciated by all
