I get to communicate with my peers, I love my work so i always look forward to working.

The team in general is extremely friendly, they are really invested in team building relationships and respect one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the experience I have I think I was compensated less than my peers. however, i agreed to the job as I was getting positive news about Elsevier everywhere.
