What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can speak about my line manager and the manager above him. Durin the current crisis time (Heliyon being put on hold), they both work equally despite being people managers, and also despite setting targets to end the crisis situation, they never pressurize us and don't ask us not to take any leaves
