Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was speaking with a former colleague at another commercial publisher, and she is at same level, education, skills and experience and she is paid more and has higher incentive bonus percentage. It made me think I should interview. BUt I dont want to leave Elsevier.
