Extremely positive. My manager is excellent and I have a lot of faith in the leadership team, who operate in a very transparent, fair way with open lines of communication. I feel like my opinions matter and I am valued as an individual. I would highly recommend working here.

I joined five months ago and feel like I have had a great experience onboarding into the company - very positive interactions with my colleagues, great communication from leadership, and I feel like I really understand my role and how to succeed here.

Good base salary and after a qualifying period (I think three years?) the pension scheme is really excellent.

Supportive environment. Safe space to ask questions, take risks, innovate. They're just lovely people, it makes for a very good team dynamic overall!

They are very transparent with regular, open lines of communication. There's a mutual respect between the leaders and the rest of the company - it's unlike other places I've worked!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Overall it's the people creating a very positive culture - a feeling of being valued, supported, cared for. I don't feel like a cog in a big corporate machine (which I could easily feel like, given the size of the company!) - I feel like I am valued as an individual, and my thoughts matter.
