Overall experience has been good, however, sometimes it feels overwhelming the way company works and its structure as it's the first time working in product based company.

Journey so far has been very good, good team to work with , growth is slow but everyone is co operative and the best thing is my manager shows a lot of confidence in me which drives me to work everyday

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt i was eligible for a better position and company could have given me a senior position at least if not anything above and pay could have been better handled.

Better compensation and better medical insurance policy as the company clearly knows that the insurance provider runs on capping model where surgeries are not covered or even 80% is not covered . The company needs to look into that and revise if required

When i was hired with the same years of experience other people are getting hired in a better position and had to fight for a better compensation as they were in a plan to cut down the compensation but still compared to other orgs i feel salary could be better
