I sometimes think there is much more talk about looking after Employees than is actually happening.. I find a lot of the communications to me about career development felt like they were just words as I am still doing all the basic work in the team.

having responsibility for a project which is very rare but when it happens its nice
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
a much better bonus. As a bottom of the rung employee all of the bonus money has to be split amongst those senior to me so I feel i get the dregs of what money is left which doesnt do much to insentivice me to keep working hard
