Collaborating with world class editors makes me feel that I have accomplished something great in my professional life. I feel proud that I am able to help the editors and researchers who try to make the world a better place to stay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the work we do is more. I work for more than 10 hours daily without moving from the desk. The work is more, and there are numerous stakeholders to handle. Better compensation will make me feel more valued, will make me feel my time is valued.
