It hasn't been long, so maybe my opinion isn't as relevant. Overall, my opinion is positive. Initially, it was all very confusing, but I had a sense people surrounding me were happy to teach and help.

The flexibility in our schedule. I feel like I can take care of my family and also work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well, "leadership team" is a very broad concept. For me, that would be my direct manager, and I only have good things to say about them. They provide prompt feedback and are honest with their opinions in a very professional manner. They are also generous with their time and encourage independence.
