Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's a concern regarding disparity in salaries between Chennai and Gurgaon teams. Despite both teams performing similar work and carrying equal workloads, there appears to be discrepancy in our compensation structures. This has caused some frustration and feelings of inequality among Che members.
