They are very friendly, dynamic when it comes to tech, and have proper knowledge on what is going on and also they are interactive when it comes to sharing that knowledge despite their busy schedules.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People interaction is very good within and outside our team. There are a lot of people who are working here for more than a decade and when I ask them about their experience, they have always been positive and nothing but praises.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'd say the the best part is the cab pickup and drop service provided to our location at Elsevier as it makes the travel to the office hassle free and stress free for someone like me who has to travel 2 hours to the office if required.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very understanding and give ample time to any member of the team to gel with the rest of the team. No work is forced upon and if the groundwork for any given task requires me to learn something new, I'm given proper time and space for that.
