There should be promotion after four years atleat or bands should change even if there is no space for promotion. Old employees should be valued more.

We work as a team and always looking forward to help each other when in need and there is no hesitation in asking for help whenever needed.

Having worked in the same team for last ten years I have only received one promotion. There is no vertical movement. No new roles are created, not even salary bands are changed. If you check the market and the salaries in similar roles, we are underpaid.
