Very smart, talented, hard-working, and trustworthy. The whole team is respectful of work-life boundaries while being enjoyable to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm honestly not too familiar with the leadership team, but the overall company strategy generally makes sense and seems to be on the right track under their leadership. The leadership team also seems to be fairly transparent about business performance metrics
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm being paid below market rate in my geographic region (NYC). I'd say I'm getting paid the US average, but well below the average in the most expensive city in the US...I also receive strong pushback from the HR representative when I asked to negotiate my salary, which was demoralizing.
