Great place to work that provides you the opportunity to learn, grow and challenge yourself. Work life balance is a problem however and not enough consideration of people in non European or US time zones which makes for many evening calls.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Being in the industry for 15+ years, it was honestly a real milestone for me joining Elsevier and I was really excited about it too. I just feel let down by the total lack of support and collaboration from my direct line manager who is not supportive either. It's a shame.

The senior leadership team (not direct line manager) are fair, transparent and personable people who do seem to care and are invested
