The Best Part about my Compensation is that it come in my account 4 days prior to the month end, also there is yearly increments which delights.

working from home, flexibility, letting oneself work in his or her comfort zone, employee centric policies, ones success is in their own hand rather in Managers choice.

meeting the team members, interacting about their work and issues, having those quick coffee and tea breaks and the smile that it brings are few of the best things that i find.
