Manifesting the collaborative nature within the employees of both experienced and newly joined thereby improving performance and integration of organizational skills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Mutual understanding, respect and the best part is Knowledge sharing and having frequent discussion or meeting to know about organization internal communications.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Considering and taking team members opinion with empathy towards work is a good leadership team and respecting employees in a team is very much important to lead a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since I was in a probation period I wasn't paid for compensation like rewards and recognition. So still I have way to go for it. Hope I can grab in the near future.
