What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a great team, small but mighty with a great manager and specialists that can assist us in sales meetings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Work environment is supportive, inclusive and hard working and very smart. I really like all I have seen since being back at Elsevier
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k, Benefits are good but wish there were more mid-tier options that included better Rx costs. I went with a Gold level to try and get a better rate on a medication and wish I could have gone with Mid-tier to include FSA.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is fun and very supportive to new employees. Extensive and complete OnBoarding divisional and corporate and great responsive tech team. All positive so far. Would love to have DIG analytics for the products we sell like Clinical Pharm and GSDD. Would be very helpful so hope they will add soon.
