Encouraging environment and nice and supportive
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been so far super nice. Although it doesn't quite have a flat hierarchy, even the boss' boss are nice and they did show care and concern and even step in at times when the direct boss is not around. I never had the opportunity to see this in my past workplaces so it's really heart-warming!
