Lot of good things in the company like taking care of employees having policies benefiting employees work & safety. But there are areas of improvement. Focused work environment, a medium passed work culture will be good. Tooo many trainings are advised but we don't get dedicated time for those

Focus oriented work is missing - Priority is rapidly changing and everyone has their own priority. Doing things correct is important than doing lot of things
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Goals, Priority should not change. Fixes & development should be done considering the future. We are doing lot of immediate fixes/work arounds just to bypass the existing problem.
