What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a product company, the focus towards building a quality product is really high.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm a contingency worker so I don't have a full employee's benefits. But I'm currently happy with my remuneration.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always try to be helpful and you can rely on them. They helped us grow in matters of project knowledge so we'd become more autonomous each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can work on interesting and challenging tasks at a moderate pace that I am happy with. I do not consider myself stressed throughout this and I think this is good for my development.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have a clear goal, both from a bird's eye view and in detail. This has beneficial consequences on the development team (which I'm part of) as we know better how our work will evolve over time and what are the milestones we have to reach.
