Clear and structured communication, I feel safe in the way they execute. And they make sure we're driven by values in addition to just revenue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
On a macro level that we are driven by values and not just revenue; revenue support our purpose without being our purpose. On a micro level that we help and support each other to success without judging or blaming when we fail. Even when things are frustrating it's always worth it to solve them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always help me find out who to go to and where to find something and how we do things. This is important when your new like me, and it had made it easier to on board. They also quite forgiving when I makes more mistakes because I knew, I don't feel judged or blamed.
