I have been in this company for 14 years. During my journey I have started as an individual contributor and now grow to a level of manager. Built a team and many of my team members have grown from their levels to much higher levels and moved to various team within the company but none left company.

Clarity of action, involving and seeking feedback, actioning them where required, having a very good plan of action that is structured

Taking ownership in the absence of others without needing to ask them. They work collectively and any challenges work on brainstorming and then action them. Being inclusive and Diversity of capabilities. They respect each other and support each other
