The people I interact with on a daily basis. The importance placed on social endeavours and interacting well, not just work and results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate well. People take ownership well, and can admit mistakes and ask for help. My team put forward their best work and will always help each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compared to the market average I know I am not being compensated fairly. My salary is below London average, the health insurance is not great, and the pension matched by my employer is the bare minimum.
