What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO and global leaders always give us message to encourage our diversity. As an ADHD person, I really appreciate that and made me motivated for commitment to company and society.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't have senior career but I think my commitment and output give impact as a senior colleague in my team. But my position and salary are lower than her, and I got explanation that my salary was based on seniority. To be honest, I don't get satisfied the explanation.
