They are really competent and knowledgeable.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy my work, the people I work with, and the satisfaction of seeing a customer happy after a challenging deal. However, the constant pressure and high workload have made it harder for me to feel happy and safe at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our team is understaffed with no compensation for extra work or overtime. Fair compensation, like extra pay or more vacation days, for working over hours (and often when the company demands independent of your personal time) would make me feel valued and recognize the real impact of our workload.
