What is the best part about your compensation package?
The incentive (IIP) being pro-rata, as I started in the middle of a year (mid-March) and will be paid pro-rata incentive together with next financial year's.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make lower than what I used to at a previous job. The annual pay review with inflation will be a big help in the UK.
