Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The safety of the company vehicle is concerning to me with all of the travel that accompanies by territory. As far as compensation, I expected the base to be more in line with competing opportunities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I LOVE MY TEAM!!! My manager is absolutely amazing. She is accessible, dependable and offers a wealth of knowledge and support. My team....I cannot say enough positive things amount them. They are all so willing to be of assistance, exchange ideas and overall just incredible people.
