I feel that the compensation could be a little better. The CTC is illussioning as the in hand salary differs.

Elsevier is a reputed organization. the work is interesting and being a new employee, I got real support. I know that if I am stuck anywhere, I will get support either from my manager or my colleagues. Our work responsibilities are very much defined. Also, when we go to office, it is fun to interact
