My team is not only extremely able and motivated, but also very fun to be around. Our conversations and discussions are always constructive.

Unlike many other organisations, Elsevier focuses on keeping the environment light and positive. Focus is always on building healthy team spirit and learning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The entirety of the leadership team ensures that all the deadlines and deliverables are taken care of, but kindness, learning and improvement is never compromised.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I have a team and a manager who would help and assist me with the problems I am facing or the mistake I might make. Focus is on improving instead of being criticised.
