Very collaborative--if someone needs to learn how to do something, there's always someone willing to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very strategic and focused on a few key initiatives rather than trying to invest in and prioritize too many different initiatives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Practical focus on work/life balance, for example, I have caregiving responsibilities with my mother, and my boss lets me work a flexible schedule when I need to take her to medical appointments.
