I am really to happy to work at Elsevier. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes management teams goals don't align with product goals or vision and this can lead to dissatisfaction and more work that doesn't really make sense on the day to day.

I am doing something that makes a difference, my work is interesting and valued

My team is very open minded, kind and smart. They are always here to help and are amazing people to work with.
