Horrible experience, the workload that is given to us Author agents is horrible, having to chat for 8 hours straight while handling complicated long due emails is rough. Horrible schedule management. Leaders are unprofessional most of the time, especially on other sites that babysits their agents.

Be pro-employee means that you are prioritizing your most important asset your employees while at same time taking the proactive steps necessary to remain union free. Employers often get the union they deserve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working 9 hours with only 1 hour break, no breaks in between. Availability of agents during chat is not consistent specially on other sites that babysits their agents. Lack of manpower. Low salary for a job that is exhausting physically and mentally.
