What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be pro-employee means that you are prioritizing your most important asset your employees while at same time taking the proactive steps necessary to remain union free. Employers often get the union they deserve.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Working 9 hours with only 1 hour break, no breaks in between. Availability of agents during chat is not consistent specially on other sites that babysits their agents. Lack of manpower. Low salary for a job that is exhausting physically and mentally.

Low salary for a job that is exhausting physically and mentally. Also, WF schedule management is horrible as well.
