A regular defined bonus as often its hard to know what you will be paid irrespective of performance

They are transparent and approachable, they are always engaging with the staff not stuck in an ivory tower :)

There's a cost of living crisis so I am sure lots of people would like to be paid more

I really enjoy working with people, so being part of a supportive and collaborative team makes a big difference to me.
