Our team has strong collaboration, open communication and each team member supports each other to achieve our goals. Everyone is extremely positive and we all get along very well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is approachable, transparent and very supportive. Communication is clear and encouraged, and they do a great job at making employees feel valued, where feedback and new ideas are encouraged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since joining Elsevier, the culture has been extremely supportive and inclusive. The work environment is very positive. The training is comprehensive and tremendously helpful. Teamwork, innovation and continuous learning is always encouraged and valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation depends on the success of multiple team members. This motivates me to collaborate and contribute toward shared goals and overall team success. Additional incentive opportunities throughout the year also allow employees to earn extra bonuses for achieving specific goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy at work when I feel like I'm making a positive impact on my team, our customers, and my own tasks and projects. I feel very fortunate to work with a great team, as well as my amazing manager who makes that possible.
