Diversity, Collaboration, and willingness to help.

Consistently paid bonus and benefits.

What makes you most happy at work?

Making an impact and getting the "important" things done

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

See prior comments. People, non-financial perks, and remote working environment.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Eclectic experiences and perspectives. Super nice and polite. Collaborative and responsive.

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing colleagues and staff succeed, demonstrate a desire to improve and adapt, and collaboration.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is something for everyone depending on how much time you want to invest and participate.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Desire to improve, adapt, and advance. Solid communication from top leaders to management up to Sr. Director and Director level (sometimes).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Less penny-pinching and less stringent recruiting policies around salary ranges and job postings. We cannot recruit the best talent to achieve our stretch goals if we are trying to get talent at discounted rates (we'll just lose to the company's that do pay OR worse, we'll lose staff after hiring).
