I'm quite new so I'm not sure yet but they are all very transparent, available, and great to work with so far!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparably in the market with my experience I'm underpaid. However, I have a primary objective to relocate to Europe at some point and I know we have relocation options. THIS would make me feel better over additional pay.
