Its significantly better than i thought. I really like the work, the team and the product and service our team are providing to the company.

I think Elsevier is a good company to work for. Everyone seems to be very busy and result driven. Which is good for the business. However, sometimes i feel we dont have time to calm down and think carfully what are our priorities.

The 10 dev days are impressive.

Able to contribute and improve things. The feeling of achivement.

They are easily approachable. And i feel my vioce is heard when i speak up.

Everyone works hard and is very good at what they do. Furthermore, they are willing to work together.

Its the encouragement of trying something new and doing something different. I really like the Hackathon week and 10 dev days benefit package.

My leadership team seem direct and transparent which i think would be easy to work with. I also found them very capable and knowledgable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its not the best in the maket. But quite competitive. I like the 10 dev days best. I havent seen any other compamy so generous.
