My personal experience has been amazing. I have support, I am listened by my manager, I have people that can fast help me and I have all the tools to execute my job properly.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My first 4 months has been a pleasureful journey. Everybody I met is very friendly, they makes me feel very comfortable and seem that I have been here forever. Also my manager is a great manager for the reasons I mentioned before. The interactions with other departments were great!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For a freshman in the company, the compensations is good, together with all benefits attached

Their patience and knowledge about the work is great! Every single question I have is prompt and properly responded.

The flexibility regarding time, the dynamic of the job, and the interaction with people from all over the world.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The care of the client. Work hard to show to the clients they are listening is a great approach to satisfaction!

Absence of monotony. Everyday is a different challenge. I have different actions and things to do, which make my day more dynamic.

They are very supportive, they are patience to show me how to do and how to use every single tool in the company, and they are very well self organized.

We are very proactive. We see clients need as a priority and my goal is to be a trustful part for our clients. This is how I believe every business should do.

My manager is very professional, very clear in her communications, she knows precisely all the tasks I need to perform. This is very valuable and makes my learning curve in the role very good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a TEAM. Everybody is very helpful and looks like everybody enjoy to help each other. Since I am new in the group, I felt very welcoming, which makes me very comfortable to ask help when I need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Is just because the size of the contract I handle and for my stage in my career I expected a higher compensation. I completely understand that I just started and this is a start point, but also it doesn't mean it is a low/unfair compensation.
