I'm fortunate enough to have an very interesting role in an topical area of the scholarly publishing industry. I like my immediate team and I like my manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Transparency. Being able to speak up without fear of consequences. We are a friendly group of people committed to delivery for the benefit of the community that we serve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current role doesn't qualify for an annual bonus, while people being promoted to the next step do receive the bonus. I found this unfair and frustrating, somehow discriminatory.
