The direct colleagues are amazing but I feel like some of our positions are in danger as the group itself seems to care more about using AI and firing people instead of focusing on how to improve what is needed.

The product I'm working on, the colleagues, the missions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better pay would be better and correspond more to my work. I think what I have is the legal minimum.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are respectful, kind, know our missions and process and share their knowledge when required. I strive to be as knowledgeable as them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is respectful, driven, knows his job and does it well. I feel supported, understood and am a part of a team with the same values.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a part of a team with the same goal, there isn't any competition and we each help each other and give insightful advices when needed.
